Reduce, absorb and isolate the vibrations generated by the engine at idle, during acceleration and during operation, preventing the vibrations from reaching the body, frame or cab, thereby reducing the overall vehicle shake.
Reduce noise and dampen vibrations to block the mechanical and vibration noises from the engine from entering the cabin, lowering the ticking sound at idle and the roaring sound during acceleration, and enhancing the interior quietness.
Fix and support the engine to firmly secure the engine and transmission on the frame, bearing the engine's own weight and the torsion and tension during driving, preventing displacement and shaking.
Buffer the impact of driving conditions on the vehicle. When the vehicle passes over speed bumps or bumpy roads, buffer the rebound of the road surface to protect the engine and transmission from hard impacts.
Offset the engine's working torque. Engine ignition and acceleration will generate torsional forces, the rubber pads rely on the rubber's toughness to absorb the torsional deformation, avoiding the engine from shaking left and right or shifting position.
Protect surrounding components to reduce the pulling and fatigue wear of the engine's vibrations on water pipes, oil pipes, wiring harnesses, brackets, and chassis components, and extend the lifespan of the accessories.
